How a visit goes

   Call us or message us

   Tell us which appliance it is, what it is doing or not doing, and which neighbourhood you are in. If there is water on the floor, a smell of gas, or a burning smell, start with that. It helps us come sooner and tell you what to switch off before we arrive.

2. 2

   We look at it at your home

   Edison checks the appliance where it is: the filter, the door seal, the noise, the heat, the code on the display. He tells you what has failed and what the part costs, before he orders it.

3. 3

   We repair it, or we tell you if it is not worth it

   If we already have the part, or we can get it that same day, the job finishes on that visit. If it has to be ordered, we arrange when we come back. When the repair gets close to the price of a new appliance, as with a cheap microwave or an old washing machine, you hear that in the kitchen, before you pay.

Who comes to the door

Edison Baci comes, the same person who answers the phone. The base is in Laprakë and the work is done at your home. We are open Monday to Saturday, 08:30–19:00. On Sunday we are closed.
