We come to your home in Tirana
Our base is on Rruga Koli Bano, in Laprakë. The repair is done at your home, in Tirana. You do not bring the fridge, the washing machine, or the cooker to us. When you call, tell us the neighbourhood, so we know whether we can reach you that day.

The address and the hours on this site are for that place. If you are near Laprakë, we usually arrive sooner. If you are on the other side of Tirana, we come after we have the address and a free hour in the day.
Across the whole of Tirana
We come to homes anywhere in Tirana. Tell us the neighbourhood and the floor when you call. Outside the city we are not sure for every address. Ask, and we say yes or no according to the day.
Block of flats, lift, and parking
Most jobs are in a flat. It helps if we know whether there is a lift, which floor the appliance is on, and whether the washing machine pulls out straight, without having to be turned sideways. For a microwave, a floor without a lift is not a problem. For a fridge, we discuss it on the phone. If the entrance has a barrier, tell us, so we are not waiting downstairs.
When we come
We work Monday to Saturday, 08:30–19:00. On Sunday we are closed. On the phone we tell you whether we can get there today, or leave it for the next day we are open.
